How to read this sheet

Please read these together with the figures above.

• GST at 12% and stamp duty at 6% are calculated on the base price and, where applicable, the car parking component. Other charges do not attract GST or stamp duty.
• Registration charges are payable over and above the totals shown — 1% of agreement value, capped at ₹30,000 for commercial premises in Maharashtra.
• Car parking is charged at ₹15,00,000 and other charges at ₹5,00,000. Availability of a unit without car parking is subject to the developer's allotment policy at the time of booking.
• The payment schedule follows the stage-wise caps in the MahaRERA model form of agreement. Under Section 13 of the RERA Act, no more than 10% of the cost may be collected before the Agreement for Sale is executed and registered. The developer's registered payment schedule, once issued, prevails over the illustration shown here.
• Stamp duty and registration are payable in full at the time of registering the Agreement for Sale, not in instalments. GST is payable along with each instalment.
• Figures are rounded to the rupee and are indicative. GST and stamp duty rates are those prevailing on the date shown and are subject to statutory revision.
• An EOI deposit is not a booking or an allotment and creates no right, title or interest in any unit. Allotment, final pricing and payment schedule are confirmed only on execution of the agreement.
